This
year.s campaign focuses on the JPMA Certification Program.
JPMA
Certification requires that a product be subjected to a battery of
rigorous testing and must comply with the high standards developed by ASTM
International. These standards, developed with the help of JPMA and
industry professionals, consumer groups, and staff of the Consumer Product
Safety Commission, are designed to assure the consumer of the high quality
of the product.
Participation
in the JPMA Certification Program is completely voluntary and open to all
member manufacturers. Products that pass the program are marked with the
JPMA Certified Seal, an indicator for parents/caregivers wanting only the
best for their baby.
