Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silver Spring Center. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following terms:

1. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Product Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

Shipped back to us within 10 business days of the refund request approval

In the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect returned products and determine eligibility for a refund based on their condition.

3. Refund Amount

If approved, you will receive a full refund for the product minus original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Downloadable digital products

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Items returned in damaged or used condition
